Terms of use and sale

Based on the provisions of Art. 13. and Art. 27. of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS 62/2014), the company K...G...Fashion d.o.o. herewith informsour valued consumers who buy goods via the website www.avangardia.rs


- that the sale of goods via the website www.avangardia.rs is carried out as part of the registered activity of the company K...G...Fashion d.o.o., the address for reporting complaints is: porudzbine@avangardia.rs

- that the basic features of the goods can be found on the website www.avangardia.rs.

- that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 62/2014), a purchase through our sales website www.avangardia.rs is considered a remote sale.

- that the goods sold via the website www.avangardia.rs possess the properties required for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose as defined in the Declaration;; 

- that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;

- that all prices are expressed with VAT included;

- that the delivery service is free of charge for orders over 5000 rsd.

- we deliver the purchased goods within 5 days via Ax courier service as defined on the TERMS OF DELIVERY page - that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions which are published on the website www.avangardia.rs.

- that the consumer can pay for the goods he buys through the website www.avangardia.rs by cash on delivery at the time of delivery, as well as by payment cards displayed at the time of purchase on the website;

- that the consumer, when creating the purchase order, by pressing the CONFIRM button, assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;

- that the conformity of the goods to the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the corresponding Declaration;

- hat the website www.avangardia.rs is obliged to deliver goods that are in accordance with the contract. If the delivered goods are not in accordance with the contract, the consumer who informed the seller about the non-conformity, has the right to demand from the seller to eliminate the non-conformity, without compensation, by repair or replacement, i.e. to request a price reduction or to terminate the contract with regard to the goods. All costs that are necessary for the goods to conform to the contract, especially the costs of work, materials, collection and delivery, are borne by the website www.avangardia.rs;

- that in the case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that he wants to exchange the article for another article, which may be larger, smaller or in the same price category than the one previously ordered, the consumer can exchange the article within 14 days as defined on the EXCHANGE page..

- that in case of receiving the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, he has the right to withdraw from the contract and return funds in the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days as defined on the page RIGHT TO CANCELLATION.

- that for the goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to declare a complaint on the already used product, in the manner defined for the goods purchased through the ONLINE store. You can find the method and procedure for filing a complaint on the CLAIMS page.

In order to successfully process your order, we need your first and last name, address, e-mail and telephone number. With the help of this data, we will be able to deliver the desired goods to you, as well as inform you about the current status of the order.

The company K...G...Fashion d.o.o. will use your personal data exclusively for the purposes of technical administration of the website, in order to give you access to special information or to communicate with you. K...G...Fashion d.o.o. will not sell the data it owns to third parties, nor on the market. Employees of the company K...G...Fashion d.o.o. are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Your contact information will not be passed to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law.

In addition to the above, we collect, analyze and process data about the products that our visitors search for and buy, as well as about the pages they visit. Dear customers, please note that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.avangardia.rs are considered remote sales.

For remote sales, the law establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy their individual needs, rather than to engage in professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was handed over to them . When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling.

The form/Declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The payment is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct. The product or box must be packed in a bag.

The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of sending the cancellation form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day of sending  the cancellation, the product can no longer be returned.

When returning goods, it is mandatory to return them in a correct and unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, and the delivery receipt that the customer previously received with the order must be attached.

Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for malfunctioning or damage to the product that is the result of inadequate handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the goods in an inappropriate way, that is, exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the product is defective or damaged due to the buyer's fault, the return of payment will be deniedand the product will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer based on the contract, and no later thanwithin 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.

The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.


After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order via email.

The order processing period is usually 3-7 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.

From that moment, the delivery time is up to 7 working days.

Receiving delivery of the shipment

Courier service (external company that delivers goods for us) brings shipments to the delivery address in the period from 08:00 to 16:00. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately, by calling the number +381600800850 or via email porudzbine@avangardia.rs If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier's address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, he calls you on the phone number you left when creating the order and arranges a new delivery date. If he still does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you in order to establish the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.

Delivery fee

Delivery to the home address for all orders whose amount is 5000 dinars or more is free. If the value of the order is less than 5000 dinars, the delivery price will be 400 dinars including VAT.


By confirming the order, by clicking the CONFIRM button, you agree to the terms of delivery.


Complaints due to non-conformity of goods

If there are non-conformities with the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, please inform us by phone or e-mail. In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 8 days from the day of receipt of the written or electronic complaint, we will respond to the reported complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its submission.

Claims for damage during transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transit, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not correct, please call us at the number +381600800850 or send an e-mail within 24 hours at the latest from the moment of receipt of the shipment with your information (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail porudzbine@avangardia.rs and describe what kind of problem you have. Or download the complaint form from the link at the end of this text, fill it out and send it to our address with the goods. In the shortest possible time, we will respond to the consumer by electronic means (e-mail) by confirming the receipt of the complaint, i.e. communicating the number under which your complaint was filed in the record of received complaints and we will inform you about the further action. The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days, and for resolving a complaint, it is 15 days from the moment it is reported.

Contact us by calling the contact phone number +381600800850 or send us an email to the address: porudzbine@avangardia.rs with your account number/shipping note, your personal ID number / JMBG (optional), the dinar current account number and the name of the bank where you have the specified account.

When you provide the necessary data, documentation will be created that will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above-mentioned manner, by payment to a dinar current account, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, K...G...Fashion d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

You cannot send the ordered article to the addresses listed on the shipping invoice without prior contact and agreement with the operators of the online store, which is listed above.

Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Methods of payment

There are several ways to pay for the products you want to order through the online store:

  • cash on delivery payment at the time of delivery
  • money order at the post office or bank
  • payment cards during the purchase process on the site.

Cash on delivery

When picking up the shipment that you previously ordered through our website www.avangardia.rs payment for the order is made exclusively in cash in dinar currency, to the courier of our partner courier service that you select in the basket, when the shipment is brought  to you.

Payment by money order at the post office or bank

For orders whose payment is made by payment in a bank or post office, the deadline for payment is 3 working days. We will send the goods to you after the recorded payment.

Payment by card

You can pay for your order using a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex or Maestro payment card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.

When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the Intesa bank page, which is protected and safe for this type of payment. Your payment card information is not available to our system for a single moment.

On this page you need to enter the following information:

Card number, card expiry date and CVC2/CVV2 code, which is written on your card. 


When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, being currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website.

Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

*Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and Intesa Bank, and the Internet merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged.

Payment is not possible in foreign currency, but only in RSD currency. Payment is possible with payment cards issued by domestic and foreign banks.

A customer who uses the online card payment service via www.avangardia.rs must meet the following conditions:

Delivery of goods is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, at the address specified in the order.

Only the owner of the payment card can make the payment.
